Olivia Robertson
The love of food is in my genes. My Mum is a chef and my Dad is a foodie, what other direction could I go in?! For most of my life I've been involved in food in some shape or form. From running an outside catering company with my Mum, preparing food for dinner parties, weddings and corporate events to mixing cocktails behind the bar. It really feels like I've done it all.
Back in 2012, I decided that I really wanted to focus on refining my skills. As a self-taught chef I wanted to learn and perfect the art of classical cooking - so I took the jump from full time employment to full time student.
I enrolled at Leiths School of Food and Wine where I unlocked the creative in me. Since then, I've been lucky to work for a Michelin starred restaurant, a triple rosette hotel, as a food development chef for an industry leading food and beverage consultancy as well as major retailers and brands such as Sainsbury's and Innocent drinks.
Now, I want to use my extensive experience to help others fulfil their food goals by aiding businesses and individuals to navigate and succeed in the exciting world of food.
